Your goals should be big

Why should your goals be huge?

Remember that your subconscious mind directs your life as long as you allow it. In order to teach your subconscious mind new truths, so must create larger goals. If you define your goals, you should not allow your subconscious mind to set limitations. It will keep trying to convey to you that it is not possible, simply because it does not yet acknowledge this as true. You can stop your subconscious mind, when you’ve taken responsibility for your life.

 

Now if you know your purpose, you can determine your vision. In addition, you can discover your true needs and desires, which then become measurable objectives. The turnkey is that the actions can be coordinated and that leads inevitably to reach your goal.
If you convince your subconscious mind to achieve this objective, it will work day and night to achieve this goal. The experts and scientists have proved this.
Please write down 101 wishes you desire, desire to be and  to have. These goals must be clearly distinguishable from small targets in your everyday life. Think XXL. Remember that the Universe represents abundance. Take a small book, which you always carry it with you so that if something crosses you mind spontaneously, you can add it instantly.

 

When you have written down your 101 goals then pick out 5 of them which are most important. They are also important in order to achieve the other goals. Then copy the 101 goals and put these sheets of paper in an envelope and write the date today in 3 years.

 

If you work on your major objectives namely, you’ll be able to find in three years, what until then has come into realty.
Then paint a picture of each of the five goals, so you not only talk about them, but you can feel and visualize them as well. Describe every detail.
Here the example of house:
– Where is the house?
– Who are the neighbors?
– How many rooms does it have?
– How are the rooms furnished?
– Who lives in this house?
– Are there animals?
– What does the garden look like?

– Who are the guests visiting the house?

– Are there regular parties?

 

As the subconscious mind loves images, there should emerge a clear picture of your goals.

In order to gain clarity about your goals, describe them carefully and write down all the details. Write it as if it was a work order for God or the Universe. And if you write it down by hand, your subconscious mind takes it on board.
A good exercise is to write your goal 100 times and to speak them out loudly 100 times. Then your subconscious mind recognizes its importance.

 

Always remember that your reality is the expression of your thoughts and feelings. It is up to you to change your life! Change what does not suit you!

Your Purpose

Vocation is your life´s purpose and the intention with which you are incarnated. To live your purpose brings you on the right track and you are able to live a fulfilled life. Please write down everything which makes your eyes sparkle. That helps you to explore the meaning of your life. What you’ve written down, gives a picture of the road you have to follow. In order to pass this on as an added value, you must have this sense of life and provide it with goals.
What is the meaning of your life?
To grasp the meaning of life, you must begin to heal:
Healing is the acceptance of what you fear most.
– Healing is the opening of what has been locked.
– Healing is the softening what has hardened into a blockade.
– Healing is the acceptance of others, no matter how they are.
– Healing is learning to trust life.
– Healing is to know that I Am.

Healing can happen if you represent a different opinion than your subconscious mind produces. Every coin has two sides so you can also set up other preferences / beliefs. There is always more than one way to look at something. You can always see everything negative: “It does not work anyway!” “Why should I have the luck?” “It’s not for me” or you see it positively: “I can,” “I am happy and deserve to be happy,” “I can achieve anything.”

Dare a paradigm shift:
– What is really relevant for a happy and fulfilling life?
– How can you increase your success in life?
– How do you win the highest level of quality of life?
– What decisions you need to make urgently?

Pease write all the answers down in your book and paint a picture of the goals that appear.
Currently, we are encouraged to let loose of a lot of things / relationships that no longer work. What does not work, should no longer be part of your life. Do not look back and get stuck with things that need and want to go. You cannot see the opportunities that lie before you, because you only look backwards.

Open yourself, be part of the process, to find out who you really are and why you have incarnated at this time and now be involved in the tasks that lie ahead.

Why I’m here now in a time of great change?
1) What was my intention to be incarnated in this time?
2) What is my contribution in this life that enhances the quality of life for all?
3) What is the reason for what I do now, (in all areas of life)
4) What do I want to create and to leave for those who come after me?
5) What does really inspire me?
Write down responses by hand spontaneously and gather them in a folder ..
3 sentences then please rephrase.

Example:
“I am the owner of a cafe, because it gives me pleasure to work with people to make them happy and pamper them. They have a break in her busy life and they should enjoy it. Also, I love to create new delicacies. ”
Write down everything that gives you great fun and set up a new list which strengths you have.

Your reality is the product of your thoughts! Use your thoughts consciously to create your purpose!

Change you and your life changes!

It is really true that you can change your life with each new breath. Because You can change your thoughts and your feelings intentionally.
Even if you are in the sadness, depression or burnout, you can see the light. Instead of regret that lets you sink further into depression, begin to be grateful for what you have:
– A roof over your head.
– The nature around you, showing you the abundance.
– Something to eat and drink.
– The sun that gives us her energy.
– Other people who mean well with you.
– And much more.
You are in a continuous circle that only you can cut through by stopping and looking and perceive what is around you. Which hand stretches out towards you?
I can assure you from personal experience that when one door closes, the next one opens. However, as long as you are moving in a circle, you will not notice that door. Just as every coin has two sides, you can also take a different perspective.
Remember always that with each breath a new life begins. You have the responsibility for your life, so take it and become active. Tablets do not help you to change your situation. This is only possible if you discover the light. You can change your mind at any moment.
I want to give you here an exercise that can change your mind and your feelings, if you make this contract with yourself and read it out loud every day, morning and evening.

My contract with ME

I promise myself that
• I am so strong that nothing gets me out of my peace.

• With every person I meet I will talk about health, happiness and prosperity.

• I give all my friends the feeling that there is something worthwhile in them.

• I always look on the bright side and make my optimism come true.

• I always only think the best, work only for the best and expect only the best.

• I am enthusiastic about the success of others, as well as about my own success.

• I forget the mistakes of the past and continue to perform better in the future.

• I take a lot of time for my own development that I have no time to criticize others.

• I always have a merry countenance, and every creature that I encounter, I give a smile.

• I am too large for worry, too noble for anger, too strong for fear and too happy to permit the presence of trouble.

• I think well about myself and proclaim it to the world, not in loud words but in great deeds.

• I live in faith that the whole world is on my side as long as I am really honest towards myself.

However, you can easily change the response to the event – until you get the desired result.
You can change your thoughts, communications, and thus the image you have of things. You can also change your behavior by altering your thoughts positive in order to change your feelings and actions. Then you begin to act and influence the situation, instead of just reacting to it.

If you take 100% responsibility, you will change the results instantly. Because then you have control over your thoughts, feelings and actions.

Unfortunately, most people are stuck firmly in their habits. There cannot be any change. We are stuck in our conditioned responses to certain situations. Ask yourself how you see the marriage and your role as parent. This gives you insights on habits and responses that you know from your parents.

We are a bundle of conditioned reflexes that occur outside our control.
So you need to take control by being responsible. You need to take control of your thoughts, dreams, daydreams, ideas and behavior patterns. Everything you think, say and do must match deliberately your calling, your values ​​and goals.

So if you do not like the result that you get, you can only change your response to it. This also means:
– Never give up.
– No more finger-pointing.
– No more defense.
– No, BUT.
You can only reach these behavioral changes if you stop watching television, listen radio and read novels. Be aware that as long as you let yourself influence by other means you are telling your subconscious mind with what it already knows. Changes can only happen when you deliberately and actively deliver new truths your subconscious mind.

It is time that we look behind the scenes and understand the connections. Do you recognize the truth that is deep within you? Listen to your inner voice and not to your mind. Your mind is fed by the subconscious mind, which is the memory of your experience and feelings. In addition, there are the feelings and fears of your parents and grandparents saved in your subconscious mind. That input you received before your EGO developed at the age of 7.

When people do not open themselves for the new consciousness, we will be in even more critical times and will meet social unrest. On the other hand, the new consciousness is already developing which we can see with promising new projects, starting with new enterprise projects such as the movement Occupy and the Thrive Movement. People are more aware and therefore more courageous, more stand up for the change.

You are a part of everything you see and feel. You have the opportunity to live in harmony with creation. You are not a fallen angel. You are here voluntarily and have also decided to be aware to be exactly here that time on earth. You are a dedicated and powerful being. You are the creator of your conscious thoughts, your feelings and actions, and thus the resulting consequences. If you want to have different results, just change your thoughts.

Take 100% responsibility for your life

The most widespread myth in modern times is that we firmly believe that we have a right to a great life – that somehow, somewhere, someone (certainly not us) enriches our lives with continual happiness, exciting career, wonderful options and a relaxed family time as well as blissful personal relationships that only exist because we exist. You can do this only if you are actively working for these goals.
Because the truth is that there is only one person is responsible for the quality of your life.

That person is YOU.

If you want to be successful and achieve your goals, you have to take 100% responsibility for everything that happens in your life. This includes your level of performance, the results you produce, the quality of your relationships, your state of health and physical fitness, your income, your debts, your feelings – everything!
Most of us have been conditioned, however, that we blame anyone, anything outside of ourselves for the things in our lives that are not good. We blame our parents, our teachers, our boss, the media, our employees, our partners, the weather, politics or economics. Does blaming change anything in your life? Absolutely nothing, because you always have to remember that only your thoughts are responsible for your reality. And therefore the only thing you need to do, if you want to change something, take responsibility. There is no other way.
I found the following simple formula by Jack Canfield:

E + R= O

Event + Response = Outcome

The idea is that every outcome is determined by the event and the response. It does not matter whether it is success or failure, wealth or poverty, health or sickness, fun or frustration. If you think the result is not good, there are only two possibilities:
First You can give the event the blame for the lack of results.
In other words, you can blame everybody: your spouse, your children, society, your boss, your colleagues, the crisis of politics or the lack of support. These factors are there, no doubt, but if this were the deciding factor never anyone would be successful.

Bill Gates would never have founded Microsoft; Daniel Vettel never won the Grand Prix. Steve Jobs never would have put Apple in place. They certainly have had the same circumstances and become successful anyway. You can join them, if you take responsibility.

Blaming others you set yourself limits. Assigning guilt means that you give up or do not dare to succeed. Many people leave the so-called limiting factors behind them, so it cannot be the factors that limit you. The reasons on the outside are not keeping you away from success, it is always YOU. You limit yourself, because when you put your thoughts and barriers up, you fall into the defending behavior. We defend ourselves even with self-destructive habits (like smoking and drinking) with inexcusable logic.

Analyze your behavior and make a list of positive and negative habits. The next step is to capture the thoughts, which create the negative habits. Only when you change these thoughts, you can reach success.

We live in a time of change. What has still been valid 5 years ago, no longer works today. People who take advantage of others are being discovered. Lies are exposed and rulers overthrown. The world is changing rapidly and people are more aware of it. Who does not change during the crisis but wants to hold on to old truths will perish. You go down and become ill or depressed. You will therefore be forced to act and who does not act will always go downhill. But we always have the choice to decide anew in each moment and to think differently. And yet, the numbers of suicides and depression are rising. You do not have to go this way! You have to grow every second with the ability to transform your thoughts.

The changes relate to the external and internal crisis. The external crisis was initiated by the banking crisis, followed by the real estate and economic crisis. Please do not believe any of the claims that the crisis would be behind us soon. For those who try to resist change, will experience bankruptcies, unemployment, fear and anxiety, burnout, and more and more anger, which caused only by lack of understanding. They will be forced to change.

It is the purest form of madness,  to leave everything that matters and simultaneously hope that things are changing.
First of all do not give any energy to crises. If we give our awareness to crisis, we instantly go into fear. Simultaneously, the crisis will not end as long as most people put  their heads in the sand and continue to remain in the solidification.

 

We are asked to support or to create new concepts to take our responsibility in any situation and create other forms of dealing with each other.

 

Do you also deny that we live in an ever more exciting time?

 

How do you react to that?

Are you going into fear and worries, because you do not understand many things? And the statements in the media do not give you the information you need? Things around us happen in order to awaken us. Finally wake up and leave your comfort zone.

Gratitude is an attitude

In this days and age most people are sinking into paralysis of fear, about what is and what may yet happen.

The downward global economy trend will continue to create situations (crisis) where it becomes more and more obvious that changes need to be made, not superficial cosmetic changes, but a fundamental restructuring of the way we govern our societies, financial and religious institutions, children and finally ourselves.

But if we go into fear, we are worsening our situation and we cannot see clearly what is going on. Invest in yourself so that you will enhance your knowledge. If you listen to your inner voice, you’ll find the right way for you.
Find out how you can meditate easily:
– Guided meditations,
– Walks, where you come into your peace,
– Mantra chanting,
– Tai Chi.

Give yourself the rest you need to come into your power. For here waits a big job for you!
You are part of everything you see and do not see. You have the opportunity to live in harmony with creation, instead of controlling and governing the earth and your surroundings. You are not a fallen angel. You are here voluntarily and you did consciously decided to come this time, to be exactly here in time of change. You are a committed and powerful being. You are the creator of your conscious thoughts, your feelings and actions, and thus the resulting consequences. If you want to have different results, it is the initial situation that you have to change your thoughts.

Thoughts can be changed if we go into gratitude. Make gratitude an attitude. Be grateful for what you have and what is good for you. Then you can achieve everything, what do you want to have and be. Just be thankful for what you want to achieve. Gratitude are powerful thoughts that are associated with feelings of joy!
Everything in our life – from healing of diseases to the expectations our lifetime, success in our work and relationships – anything that we experience as “life” is in direct connection with what you are convinced of. Gratitude helps you to create a new belief that creates a lighter and more successful life.

Therefore, we should with all our expectations to take an even more aware step to be a co-creator. Collectively we can influence the outcome. Thus, we can also resist control and manipulation from those who are in the dominant positions of power. We just need to use our minds and listen to our hearts to know the truth. Trust yourself and your feelings! Use the highest level of your heart and mind, to feel the truth in every situation. Your heart and your mind, your thoughts and feelings are powerful forces when combined, they are a creative dynamo. If we examine our beliefs and throw the useless overboard, we cannot only change our lives, but also to have an impact on the big picture. Remember always that you are connected with the whole universe, in exchange, and that every thought is stored in the morphogenetic field.

In gratitude you will go your way in confidence. There are so many good projects that need your support.

Live Your Dreams

We all can live our dreams when we exactly know what we are dreaming of.

If you are not yet sure or no longer know what your dreams are, what you really desire or what your purpose of this life is, you can start writing down

101 Goals

1)    About what you want to be.

2)    About what you want to achieve.

3)    About what you want to become.

From these 101 goals you look for the 5 major or at the moment more important goals. They will lead you to the other goals later. Then prioritize the 5 goals and add passion to them.

With passion, your deepest feelings, you build up your faith. You need to believe that you deserve what you want NOW. You need to believe that you succeed NOW.

Here is a powerful affirmation which you can use for your goals:

“I NOW have ALL the power and intelligence to make ALL the money I want RIGHT NOW, AND I deserve it more TODAY than ever before in my life!”

With your passion your attention goes to your major goal and you start attracting where your attention goes to. If you focus on money the opportunities will come your way as you focus on them. Whenever we are open we see things which we otherwise will not have noticed. If you want to have a red car, you will notice more red cars on the road because your attention goes there. Or if you desire to have a baby, you notice all the pregnant women or the babies in the prams.

The Law of Gratitude supports your dreams immensely. If you feel grateful for whatever you want to attract you will get more of the things you are grateful for. And as long as you are grateful your doubts and worries have no chance!

And then the Law of Attraction in conjunction with the Law of Resonance will bring you anything you are focusing on.

Our reality is the mirror of our thoughts.

Thoughts become reality and the belief makes it so!”

Frozen in fear and worry

Even if you’re frozen in fear and worry and have the feeling to be incapacitated, then wake up, please. There is also another truth and for that you need to look behind the facades.
Drag your personal ripcord before you will sink into depression and burnout, or even thinking about suicide. For this is not your truth!
Your truth lies hidden deep within you and has to do with your life purpose and your goals. Because before we incarnate, we have set ourselves targets. Find out what is your purpose in this life.
You can achieve anything if you know what you want and are developing the necessary endurance. You can reach everything, if you work on yourself and also on your business. Increase your knowledge and awareness. Invest in yourself! The best investment in times of change!
We all are part of the creative power of God and with the power of thought we determine our reality. So if you do not like your reality, you have to change your thoughts. Therefore it is important to check your attitudes and beliefs. New ideas are corroborated by aims and the appropriate affirmations. Then new attitudes and habits are developing.
If you freeze in fear and worries, stop to take care of messages in the media, because that’s just one truth, but not your reality! Prefer to read books that will enrich your knowledge and increase your awareness.
We live in changing times and each of us has the chance to change for an active life. Just give yourself the chance to create your life purpose. Give this power not in other preople´s hands and lead a life at second hand. This is what people do, who get their truth by watching television. They look at programs that reinforce their fears and concerns and reaffirm these truths in our subconscious.
It is up to you to lead finally an active life and determine your own purpose. Write your goals and dreams. Make a list of 101 goals, and then choose from this list the 5 most important, on which you want to work on.
