20 Criteria for Success

1. The ability to be able to motivate yourself: What is meant here is the will to succeed. There are basically two categories of motivation: the inner and the outer. To include external factors such as recognition or material incentives. However, this makes the necessary actions dependent on circumstances  which one has no or only a minor impact. The motivation from within yourself (e.g. job satisfaction), however, is more effective, because it reduces dependence on external factors. On performance-based people are certainly the ones who can combine both types of motivation conveniently together.

2.  The ability to control impulses: Impulsive reactions are nothing unusual, and in some situations quite necessary. Nevertheless, the immediate reaction of inner impulses lead to ill-considered actions and prevent existing skills actually be implemented. People with focus on success therefore act – if needed – quickly, but otherwise rather from their experience, and after a time of weighing out.

3.  Knowing the need of perseverance and endurance: Endurance is certainly among the most important factors of success. Who resigned too quickly, will never be able to achieve his/her goals. Who, however – despite obvious futility – sticks  too long to one thing blocking himself unnecessarily in his life. So success-oriented people act and recognize when perseverance is needed, and this must not be limited to professional life. In other parts of life, as in the repeated wooing a man in love, with a realistic degree of persistence can lead to the desired result.

4.  The awareness of being able to make the best of your abilities: First, it is important to recognize his/ her abilities at all, e.g. by the experiences collected in professional life. People with success orientation draw their own conclusions and change, if possible, in a profession that matches their abilities best.

5.  The ability to turn ideas into action: The best ideas ultimately lead to nothing if they remain grey theory. Performance-oriented people have learned that their ideas need to be followed by deeds. Interestingly, for this ability there is not always a need of a high IQ: While people with higher IQ in more relaxed situations show leadership rather than people with low IQ, this is often reversed during stress.

6.  The ability to act result-oriented: “The journey is the destination.” This wisdom is not true, when it comes to success orientation. In this case, the result is rather crucial. People with success orientation, although still interested for the process of the course, lay their actual concentration in the product that has to be generated. They act very much result oriented.

To reduce stress

Only those who manage to bring structures into his/her everyday life,  are thereby reducing negative stress, which is otherwise inevitable.

No structures or chaos bring long term trouble with other family members and also attract disease by itself. Such missing structures lead to lack of punctuality, lack of reliability, excuses and lies, if you have always to justify yourself, no one is willing to understand you to the point anymore.

You really cannot manage time, because you will not get more time. Each of us has 24 hours, 1440 minutes a day.

However, what we can do is to use our time more effectively by giving space-time robbers none of our time.

“Order is the spice of life” is a phrase we have heard very often but reluctantly as teenagers. We have  connected this sentence with a rigid and little spontaneous life. The older we get, we can chaos more and more determine that order is the opposite of chaos. Something new can emerge from chaos. This means, however, that old structures disintegrate.

What do you associate with order?

Order creates reliability and rituals also help us in relating with others , of which we often have too little in our lives and also in coexistence with others.

Controlled processes also create security and reliability. This will create even why we are here: to be happy!

Problems that lead to overload and threatening burnout, can be arise because of:

– Too many appointments,

– Too many things that need to be done,

– Too many contacts,

– Too many impressions,

– Just too much of everything!

This creates shambles and are all potential stressors.

Plan your time

Stress Killers are often trivial, but also very essential. The important things in life are often banal, so we repeatedly run the risk of forgetting it:

– Good relationships

– Good food

– Adequate sleep

– Joy of Life

In our society it is considered cool to have no plan, or at least to pretend so.

But if you want a full and happy life, you need proper structures that make it possible.

The father or the mother who have too many dates and consequently give promises to the children, which can not comply, produce frustration and eventually also a lack of confidence? Does this create a happy life?

Today, many people, even if they live in the relationship, actually are only interested in their own welfare. However, they do not even have the sense of what is good for them.

What do you need to be happy?

You can create structures with To-Do lists that you can create on a weekly and yearly basis. So you cannot only keep track of birthdays, but also plan new projects: training, vacation, new job, relocation, etc.

So you do not forget anything and have a wonderful experience when you have worked and finished something. You should then celebrate this!

Indigo children need respect

How can we offer these children a happy and healthy childhood?

Children can learn from responsible adults to take responsibility for their own behaviour. They do not benefit from being blamed for the trauma and stress that result from not being accepted as they are. They need support and not diagnosis and medication! They thrive when adults show that they love and understand them and when their basic childhood needs are met.

Our experience as a child is different, from the experiences these kids have. Therefore we cannot deal with them as our parents have dealt with us. Instead of putting them on drugs and force them to function according to old standards, we certainly can provide alternatives. Ritalin is not a substitute for better schools, creative teaching and parents who spend more time with their children. The number of children that are put on Ritalin increases enormously and we can only imagine what damage is done on these children.  Can we afford to be arrogant and ignorant instead of being open for changes? These children are the adults of the future. Let’s make them fit, rather than destroy them and make them unfit for life.

According to Dr. Mary Ann Block, author of “No More Ritalin: Treating ADHD without drugs” observations, the right brain is stronger in these children. These children are stronger in visual, creative, artistic, physical and geographical perception. Our education system is, however, concentrating on the left brain. This can only go wrong. The children of the new generation will always have problems with that kind of learning. These children have no chance to survive in the current school system. And this is again proof that we urgently need to change our school system.

Block also said that these children tend to be to be the tactile learners. This means that their leading learning system is “doing” rather than “seeing or hearing” and their brains do not easily process visual and auditory information. The children continue to try to learn as best as they can. Due to their tactile learning style, they tend to play with their pencil and poke their neighbours to have contact. However, in the current system they are perceived as intruders or as learning disabled, although they only trying to learn in the manner that works for them. It would be easy to support the tactile learning style that these children can learn. All they need is to touch something and that would be achieved with a soft ball they can knead. Addressing the sense of touch would support their acoustic and visual learning. This can also reduce unacceptable, hyperactive behavior. Because such children often do not listen, it’s easy to call them by name, or to touch them just to get their attention.

More about Indigo Children

They are children with new psychological features and thus show new behaviour patterns. To ignore these new patterns, means that this precious life will be damaged and thus only frustrations can arise.

Here are some common patterns of Indigo children:

1. They join us with a sense of their own importance and behave accordingly.

2. They feel that they deserve to be on the world and they are surprised that others do not share this view.

3. Self-esteem is not a problem for these children. They tell their parents and show it quite clearly.

4. It gives them problems with absolute authority – authority which does not offer explanations or choices.

5. They do certain things which have no meaning for them, as for instance lining up in a queue.

6. They are frustrated when systems are run by rituals and do not allow for any creative thinking.

7. They often see better ways of doing things, whether in school or at home. They are then perceived as children who rebel against the existing systems.

8. Indigo Children are therefore often perceived as antisocial unless they are together with their peers. If there are no other persons whose consciousness is not on a similar level, these children often withdraw into themselves and have the feeling that nobody understands them.

9. They do not respond to discipline from feelings of guilt (“Just you wait until your father comes home and finds out what you have done.”).

10. They are not reticent when it comes to voicing their needs.

Have you met children exhibiting this behaviour? During the last century there were Indigo children but not many. However, over the past 40 years, the number of these children has increased enormously. Initially, they were perceived as children as highly intelligent children. This is what parents and teachers can accept much more easily. We certainly need different perspectives and approaches. For in the last 10 to 15 years the number of children of the new generation has increased dramatically. Sometimes it is said that now 100% of the children up to ten years are crystal or Indigo children.

These children, however, are still treated wrongly, because they are simply different, and parents and teachers will be challenged by them. For most parents and teachers it is easier to provide them with the stamp of ADHD and treat them with medication. I cannot bear the harm which is done to these children, just because adults do not want to deal with them. Do those experts really know that they lay hands on our development as a human race? This is one of my reasons for writing this e-book. I want to raise awareness and inform you so that you will help to spread enlightened information and thus we can stop this nonsense.

Children of tomorrow

“All you need is Love!” ~ The Beatles

Yes, the children of tomorrow are here and they have come to support us! They are referred to as Crystal children, Indigo children or Light children. But who are these young people more and more of whom came in the last 10 years?

I will give you the example of the Indigo children.

The term “Indigo Children” was mentioned the first time in 1982 in Nancy Ann Tappe’s book “Understanding Your Life Through Colour”. The author, who claims to be able to sense human aura, claims to have encountered an increase of newborns with indigo-coloured aura since the late 1970s. Today are almost 100% of children less than ten years are Indigo Children. The term gained some recognition in 1998 through the book “The Indigo Children: The New Kids Have Arrived” by the U.S. writers, Lee Carroll and Jan Tober. Carroll describes himself as a medium in contact with an angelic being called the “Kryon”. By communicating with “Kryon” he became aware of the Indigo children.

According to Carroll and Tober an Indigo Child has the following features:

–       New and unusual mental characteristics that result in not yet known behaviour patterns.

–       It comes with a high self-esteem and knowledge of its grandeur on the world, it accepts no (artificial) authorities and nor does it respond to discipline trials without proper comprehensible justification.

–       It rejects acts that appear incomprehensible or meaningless, shows frustration over ritualized systems, it is considered to be a lateral thinker.

–       It has difficulties in school, therefore, is perceived by others as dissocial and has a high intelligence quotient.

–       It is also hypersensitive to chemicals, such as found in the food.

–       Indigo children were diagnosed often incorrectly by physicians as children and adolescents with psychiatric disorders, such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Carroll and Tober recommend that parents, even against medical advice, to reject the orthodox medical treatment of this disorder.

It is clear that mankind has manoeuvred itself into a blind alley from where it cannot escape out without support from somewhere. We certainly need the children of the new generation because they help us to get out of our old ways of thinking and behavioural patterns. They challenge us to grow. People’s behaviour has left a deep imprint in the morphogenetic field. In the past our children usually adapted unconsciously to morpho-psychological patterns of behaviour. However, more and more children and adults appear resistant to these influences. This has to do with the energies of the sun and other planets. But these children are an additional support for us.

How can we recognize the phenomenon of children of the new generation?
1. It is a phenomenon that we can observe all over the world.

2. There seem to be no cultural barriers.

3. However, may people worldwide, regard the idea of Indigo children as absurd and it has yet to be accepted into “common knowledge”. People tend believe in evolution, but only in evolution from the past. However, just now we are in an evolutionary change which will change our world completely.

4. The phenomenon of the Indigo child is increasing and there are more and more reports of them.

5. Slowly, it is noted among experts, because actually Indigo children have existed for many years.

6. As more knowledge comes together, more questions can also be answered.

Please support these children! They need our love and respect, rather than Ritalin!

Creative Consciousness

We are eternally existing, free and creative consciousness. Everything is energy and interconnected, so we are also connected to our entire solar system. Each of us is part of the comprehensive creation consciousness. Pantheism is the alternative to the image of God of the churches. I would urge you to recognize that you are part of God that you are your own guru, your own master and that you are your own creator. Your reality is the result of your thoughts. It is now important to define the results. This requires that you define your new ideas and expand your knowledge.

Become aware of your beliefs. Connect to Gaia and ask her for guidance and help. Find access to your inner voice, so you understand the healing momentum of Gaia. It makes sense that you be aware of your inner voice in daily exercise. The inner voice is important is in the process of expanding consciousness, for this intuition is the direct access to our “higher self“ that is otherwise hidden from us forever. Our connections to this area are outside the morphogenetic field. They are only available through the intuitive areas of the brain. However, it not only concerns our brain, because all our cells have a kind of brain as well.

The human being takes a special position in the history of evolution. He already possesses consciousness since the creation of his new brain. Thus he is able to reflect on everything perceived to process, classify and evaluate it. That is what essentially our consciousness process is. Our awareness reflects, filters and assesses the external experience and thereby continues forming believes. But awareness also brought a dramatic change in self-perception. To ascertain his consciousness, man must perceive himself as isolated individual – as EGO. Our ego is part of evolutionary plan. For this is the era in which we gain experience, which could only be done because with our birth the veil of forgetfulness was placed over us.

But still we are more connected than we can currently imagine. Be aware that we live in an interactive universe. We communicate with our environment and the galaxy without even knowing about it. However, if we learn to listen to our inner voice, we have access to these communications. Remember what I wrote in the foreword. Between 4:40am to 5:30am in the morning the never ending source tries to get into contact with us. The inspirations that come to you will lead you into lighter and more peaceful life when you follow them.

Furthermore, we must understand that we are co-creators; we are participants and not spectators. We are not passive, but our thoughts are always actively involved in whatever happens around us. We influence everything with our thoughts and feelings. Therefore we have to take on the responsibility and can no longer blame others for what happens to us.

Be a creative, conscious and responsible human being!

Time of Love

On 6 June 2012 the last intense event occurred when Venus – Earth and the sun are in one line. This will influence our paradigm (blockages) resolution immensely. Do not hold on to established partnerships which want to be resolved, that do not work anymore. It’s no longer about finding the soul mate. First of all we have to love ourselves first, because only then will we be able to live in unconditional love. We were always taught that we should not love ourselves, because self-love was identified as egoism. Therefore, we must now learn to accept not only our bodies but to love ourselves deeply. Then we are one with ourselves and able to love all people. It means to stop condemning others, for we are all of the same energy and interconnected. Everyone has their own learning goals in life. Therefore we cannot ask people to change for our sake. As they are responsible for their life, we are only responsible for our life. We can create a field of peace on earth only by the unconditional love and that will also end the war against Mother Earth.

As already mentioned, we’re right there at the time of change, a time of expansion of consciousness. This is the time of love. We must learn again to live in communities. This also means that we must open ourselves to the people to whom we give our unconditional love. Say goodbye, to talk about my husband and my wife. Who wants to possess love, will not obtain love. When two people meet who have never learned to love themselves, how can two love-hungry people exchange love? They expect only and have nothing to give. Only when we learn to love ourselves, we can stop the love dramas in our life. For between love and possession is a big difference. By the misguided love image we have created a global battlefield – which shows up in our private life, too.

In our hearts we, however, continue to be yearning for fulfilling love. What happens to two people who think they love each other, when they get married? The building or buying a house leads them directly into lifelong commitments, and the rat race is inevitable, and the problems take their course. Both are caught in the machinery of the generally accepted social system, but the deep desire never goes away completely. However, that scenario which is reality for most people increases the tension that will eventually be broken by one of two partners: divorce, illness or burnout.

Only through a changed love image we will be able to experience peace inside and outside. As long as we are busy with our claims of ownership (my house, my land, my car, my family, my business, and other state symbols), we are in war against us and Gaia.

Live from your Heart, with Love!
