Golden rules for affirmations
GUIDELINES TO CREATE EFFECTIVE AFFIRMATIONS!

1. Start with the words, I am.
These words I am are the two most powerful words in our language. The subconscious mind takes any sentence that begins with I am as a command and as an invitation to come true.

2. Always use the present tense.
Describe what you want as if you would have received it already, as if it would have been materialized.
Wrong: I will get a new red Porsche 911 Carrera
Correct: I did enjoy driving my new red Porsche 911 Carrera.

3.  Statements must always be positive.
Affirm what you want and not, what you do not want. The subconscious mind does not perceive the difference.
A statement such as “Do not slam the door“ is perceived as  “slam the door.” The subconscious mind works with pictures and words such as “Do not slam the door” provoke an image of “slam the door”. The phrase, “I have no more fear of flying” produced the picture of the fear of flying. In contrast, “I enjoy the thrill of flying” brings the picture of joy.
Wrong: “I have no more fear of flying.”
Correct: “I enjoy the thrill of flying.”

4. Keep it short.
Think of your affirmations like advertising rates, as if each word cost 1000 €. It should be short and concise, that you remember it easily.

5. Describe it accurately.
Vague affirmations produce vague results.
Wrong: I drive a new red car.
Correct: I drive my new red Porsche 911 Carrera.

6. Use active words.
The active word adds strength to the success of a picture as if you would have been doing it.
Wrong: I’m going on holiday soon
Correct: I enjoy my vacation in Sardinia.
7. Add to the sentence a dynamic feeling, or at least a word, that expresses the feeling.
Add an emotional state in how you feel when you reached the goal. Use words like happy, joyful, celebrating, proud, calm, peaceful, enthusiastic, loving, safe, serene and triumphant.
Wrong: I keep my perfect body weight kg of 68.
Correct: I feel great having 68kg!
Note that the last sentence sounds a bit like advertising. The subconscious mind loves rhythm and rhyme.
8. Make affirmations only for yourself and not for others.
If write your affirmations, describe your behavior, not that of others.
Wrong: I watch as Andrew cleans up his room.
Correct: I share successfully my needs and desires with Andrew.

 

 

Your goals should be big

Why should your goals be huge?

Remember that your subconscious mind directs your life as long as you allow it. In order to teach your subconscious mind new truths, so must create larger goals. If you define your goals, you should not allow your subconscious mind to set limitations. It will keep trying to convey to you that it is not possible, simply because it does not yet acknowledge this as true. You can stop your subconscious mind, when you’ve taken responsibility for your life.

 

Now if you know your purpose, you can determine your vision. In addition, you can discover your true needs and desires, which then become measurable objectives. The turnkey is that the actions can be coordinated and that leads inevitably to reach your goal.
If you convince your subconscious mind to achieve this objective, it will work day and night to achieve this goal. The experts and scientists have proved this.
Please write down 101 wishes you desire, desire to be and  to have. These goals must be clearly distinguishable from small targets in your everyday life. Think XXL. Remember that the Universe represents abundance. Take a small book, which you always carry it with you so that if something crosses you mind spontaneously, you can add it instantly.

 

When you have written down your 101 goals then pick out 5 of them which are most important. They are also important in order to achieve the other goals. Then copy the 101 goals and put these sheets of paper in an envelope and write the date today in 3 years.

 

If you work on your major objectives namely, you’ll be able to find in three years, what until then has come into realty.
Then paint a picture of each of the five goals, so you not only talk about them, but you can feel and visualize them as well. Describe every detail.
Here the example of house:
– Where is the house?
– Who are the neighbors?
– How many rooms does it have?
– How are the rooms furnished?
– Who lives in this house?
– Are there animals?
– What does the garden look like?

– Who are the guests visiting the house?

– Are there regular parties?

 

As the subconscious mind loves images, there should emerge a clear picture of your goals.

In order to gain clarity about your goals, describe them carefully and write down all the details. Write it as if it was a work order for God or the Universe. And if you write it down by hand, your subconscious mind takes it on board.
A good exercise is to write your goal 100 times and to speak them out loudly 100 times. Then your subconscious mind recognizes its importance.

 

Always remember that your reality is the expression of your thoughts and feelings. It is up to you to change your life! Change what does not suit you!

The shift is building up

Last week the dices were thrown and this week is time to see the results, understanding the “why’s” and wherefore’s, and putting the pieces back in a more meaningful manner.

This is the time of building bridges, of uniting and understanding, what the bleep is going on. Realize the changes in the outside and make sure to change in the inside, too!

We have to build bridges between the conscious and the unconscious mind. It is about uniting the me and the others, the inside and the outside. During the recent weeks the cup has been filled to reach the peak.

We cannot ignore the large shift happening on the 21st of December 2012. The shift is building up! More and more things happen in a shorter period of time. Did you ever ask yourself why so many people a currently living on this planet? They are here because the wanted to participate in the time of the big shift.

Right now we live in the 3rd dimension of cause and karma. Now we reach out for the 4th dimension. We realize that relationship means give and take. We reach a greater awareness which includes coming to peace with Mother Earth. She can live without us, but we can only exist in the perfect conditions she gives us. And we still exploit her and ruin our living conditions. Wake up and help to stop the disaster!

Issues are coming up from the unconsciousness and it needs to be dealt with. If you resist, you ruin yourself – get sick, depressive or become suicidal. You will never be free if you do not solve these issues. Dig down deep into feelings of grief, loss, jealousy and love. Change your believe systems. I can only encourage you to investigate, have more communication with yourself and others. Go for consultation as well.

You have to take the responsibility of what other people are dishing at you! They are only a mirror!

Now it is time to restore harmony. If you have been feeding yourself with resentments and jealousy, it is ugly to look at these belief systems. Come into a space of gratitude and humility!

We have reached the collective time and have to work with and for each other. Bring the law of give and take into a balance. Consciously talk about your dark side. Talk deep as there are no more secrets. As nothing keeps hidden in the public you can no longer hide your deep dark secrets as they no longer serve you. Get it all up on the table and rewrite the past to get into a new future.

Go into gratitude and set up a conscious relationship with Mother Earth. It is high time to respect her as a living creature.

This is the Mantra for this week:

 “When I see that life gives me just what I need, whether joyous or painful, in order to see. I stop getting angry and start to give thanks, rewiring the circuits of my memory banks.”

Wounds of Separation

If the eclipse and Venus transiting the Sun wasn’t enough for you, welcome Jupiter into Gemini this Monday and Mercury into Cancer!  It is the time to come out from hiding, time to spread your ideas and expand your social horizons.  Take a summer course or signup for yoga retreat or something!  Get out of your comfort zone!

Monday the bird can leave the egg. Just notice where you leave your current life to expand for your goals. If you keep thinking, feeling and doing what you always thought, felt and did, you will never be able to get different results.

Next week is the time of healing the wounds of separation. It is the time to get back into union and relate to the world. Stop separating yourself. Relate to your world and beyond.

Connect with your feelings, your need, your childhood and your emotional connections not only intellectual. So let us connect and share love.

You can see that old structures are cracking: banking systems, politics and social security systems. We are called to set up new structures with a different thinking. ME, ME, ME is past. Cheating people you only cheat yourself! We are called for integrity, love and peace!

When the going gets tough, do what you never would have done before, say what you never would have said before to people you never would have addressed before. Experiment with life like you never have before, go where you have not gone before, and let go of what you thought you needed the most. Through these exercises you will gain greater mastery in shaping the pottery of your life. Find the artist within yourself and you have unlocked the door to infinity! Enjoy the process.

Healing is the topic. In order to heal you need to look at the 96% of your mind which is your unconscious mind. Let’s look at exactly who is guiding your life and who or what drives you, if you allow that force to lead your life. If we are not actively managing our life, then we leave it to our subconscious mind to take the lead. Because when we create our thoughts they are not actively produced by us. It is our subconscious thoughts that come from the rich treasure of the collected thoughts, feelings and experiences. For the subconscious mind these treasures are true. This means that in 96% of the case we think passively.

The subconscious mind has not only significantly more memory, it also has more storage space. Imagine huge shelves, where everything is stored in your subconscious. It takes pleasure in turning on what it already knows. Therefore if you enjoy television, radio, newspapers and novels, that only strengthens the thoughts and attitudes that already exist. The subconscious mind picks out what it already knows and never forgets! The conscious mind is our short term memory. This inner game affects what you do, think and which results you can achieve in your life. If you want to achieve a successful and peaceful life instead of boycotting yourself, you begin to deal with your subconscious and your beliefs.

The best-selling author Napoleon Hill says in his book “Think and Grow Rich”, that it takes the same energy to lead a rich life, as well as living a life in poverty. I hope this gives you a clear picture and you may start to want to know more. You have it in your hand. Just change your life and take responsibility. Leave your comfort zone and start by loving yourself.

This is the beginning to heal yourself!

Outside is like the Inside

What outside currently shows is exactly what is going on inside of us right now. The macrocosm is like the microcosm!
Currently, we use only 10% of our brain mass. 90% are unaware. Even the subconscious mind has great power over us.
This weekend with the full moon, we have the opportunity to increase our subconscious. Imagine that you are you aware of your blood flow and heartbeat. The Black Lilith represents the subconscious and the feminine aspects. We all have the opportunity to increase our awareness. For this purpose it is important to let go deeper blockages. But for that you usually need the support of a coach or really good friend who knows you.
However, your body also tells you, which wounds it has. These sores give conclusions about the blockades. Therefore, our body knows exactly what can heal it. We just have to learn to listen to our body. The wisdom of your body is infinite. It is the reflection of your thoughts, fears and actions.
Now you should activate your passion and desires, because then you learn where you have blockages and you meet them.
If you desire a long vacation far away, what thoughts are coming up:
– I have no time anyway.
– I do not have the money.
– I can never afford that.
– I cannot leave my business, parents, etc. alone.
This way you recognize your blockades. Work with them and let them go. Your beliefs are holding you back from success. These are your limiting factors. If you decide to set yourself free, you can be free.
It can be a wild time, because it is more important that we continue to move forward. Looking forward helps us to perceive the available opportunities. Grow big; love yourself and your body. Appreciate everything that comes across your way. Be grateful for small things.
What is painful to you, let it go. Go into your feelings, just so you can recognize the pain and let it go. This also includes all the limiting institutions: church, political parties, banking systems, etc. In the future they will no longer be important.
We are in the cleansing phase, we need to make room for new projects and ideas and therefore go for them. This includes how you see your own future.

Discover your dreams

The easiest way to reach your dreams is to remember, what makes your eyes sparkle, and has done so in your youth. What were your childhood dreams? Just go into the feelings, if you recall them. What brings a tingling sensation in your stomach or makes your eyes light up?
If you enter on this path, you can quickly determine whether you live your dream or that of somebody else.
– What was the reason to take up this job? Was it your idea or your mother or your father?
– Why do you live where you live now? What was the reason to move there?
– What do you wish for your children? Did you realize your dreams?
Such questions can quickly lead you to your purpose.
Develop your vision so you know where your journey leads you. The only ways you can turn develop goals s which you can achieve. You can find more about this in my e-book “Goals Give Your Life Direction” on Amazon.
The following exercise is designed to help you clarify your vision. Thou can easily do a mental exercise, by thinking and write down what comes as a result. To distinguish, however, whether this is your subconscious mind giving you the answers or go to your inner voice, go in the relaxation. Take your time and make sure that you will not be disturbed. Let run relaxing music in the background and then go through each point carefully. Close your eyes and ask your subconscious mind, what your ideal life looks like at each individual point.
1. Keep the focus on the financial sector of your life. What is your annual income? What is your monthly cash flow? How much money have you created and saved? What is your asset?
Add your ideal numbers so you can realize your goals.

2. What is your home like? Where and how do you live? Describe your best view? What does your garden look like? What furniture is there? What are the colors of the walls? What kind of pictures do you have? Is there a swimming pool? Go through your perfect house and write down what it looks.
To be sure you get this house, give your subconscious the exact picture, because it loves pictures. If you can feel the joy that it is even clearer for your subconscious. Now it will do everything it can to achieve your goal. And the Universal Laws support you as well.

3.  Now, visualize your ideal car and other possessions which show your ideal income.

4.  Now, visualize your ideal job or your ideal career. Where do you work? What are you doing? Who are you working together? Who are your customers? What is your compensation? Is it your own business?

5.  How much leisure time do you have? What are you undertaking with you to your family and friends? What are your hobbies? How do you spend your holidays? What do you really enjoy?

6.  What is your vision of your ideal body and your perfect health? Are you free of disease? What age do you want to reach? Are you open, relaxed and in a perpetual state of bliss? Are you flexible and strong? What kind of food do you like? You drink enough water? How much time do you take off for relaxation and physical training?

7.  Now you look at your relationships with your family and friends. What is your relationship like with your spouse and your children? Who are your friends? What is the quality of the relationships with your friends? Do they support you in all situations? What are you doing together?

8.  What about your personal area? Do you continue learning? What else needs to be learned? Do you want to develop your spirituality? Do you need a coach, who will help you to develop your potential?

9. In the end you look at your church and your environment. Do you want to get involved there? Is that really the perfect community for you? Can you add value? What activities are there in your community? What charities do you support? Whom do you support?

You can visualize the whole exercise first and then write everything down in detail, or vice versa. Just make sure that you write down everything. Otherwise, go back and re-captured this exercise.

2nd Part: 100% responsibility

However, you can easily change the response to the event – until you get the desired result.
You can change your thoughts, communications, and thus the image you have of things. You can also change your behavior by altering your thoughts positive in order to change your feelings and actions. Then you begin to act and influence the situation, instead of just reacting to it.

If you take 100% responsibility, you will change the results instantly. Because then you have control over your thoughts, feelings and actions.

Unfortunately, most people are stuck firmly in their habits. There cannot be any change. We are stuck in our conditioned responses to certain situations. Ask yourself how you see the marriage and your role as parent. This gives you insights on habits and responses that you know from your parents.

We are a bundle of conditioned reflexes that occur outside our control.
So you need to take control by being responsible. You need to take control of your thoughts, dreams, daydreams, ideas and behavior patterns. Everything you think, say and do must match deliberately your calling, your values ​​and goals.

So if you do not like the result that you get, you can only change your response to it. This also means:
– Never give up.
– No more finger-pointing.
– No more defense.
– No, BUT.
You can only reach these behavioral changes if you stop watching television, listen radio and read novels. Be aware that as long as you let yourself influence by other means you are telling your subconscious mind with what it already knows. Changes can only happen when you deliberately and actively deliver new truths your subconscious mind.

It is time that we look behind the scenes and understand the connections. Do you recognize the truth that is deep within you? Listen to your inner voice and not to your mind. Your mind is fed by the subconscious mind, which is the memory of your experience and feelings. In addition, there are the feelings and fears of your parents and grandparents saved in your subconscious mind. That input you received before your EGO developed at the age of 7.

When people do not open themselves for the new consciousness, we will be in even more critical times and will meet social unrest. On the other hand, the new consciousness is already developing which we can see with promising new projects, starting with new enterprise projects such as the movement Occupy and the Thrive Movement. People are more aware and therefore more courageous, more stand up for the change.

You are a part of everything you see and feel. You have the opportunity to live in harmony with creation. You are not a fallen angel. You are here voluntarily and have also decided to be aware to be exactly here that time on earth. You are a dedicated and powerful being. You are the creator of your conscious thoughts, your feelings and actions, and thus the resulting consequences. If you want to have different results, just change your thoughts.

People without goals

In this day and age more people are living without concrete goals. These people are on remote control and lead no longer an active life. These are people who are unemployed and live on public support, but even people with good jobs that are trapped in their treadmill.

Also, they are no longer live an active life, but to drift along with life and job requirements. They know deep inside that they would have to change something. Because they realize that they get personal and family problems as well. These people had at some point targets that are buried in everyday life by job – home – family debt – illness. This is an eternal cycle that can only be broken actively.

Who moves in circles, always has the same thoughts, and nothing can change nor improve anything. The same results are produced constantly. The maelstrom of everyday life drives people downwards into diseases, burnout, depression and even suicide, as they no longer manage to turn the boat.

At this point you need to stop and take conscious responsibility. You have to take responsibility for your thoughts, feelings and actions. Why this is so important you will see in Chapter 2. In addition, there are always multiple angles in order to assess a situation. Every coin has two sides.

Who leads your life and who or what motivates you, when you let yourself be driven by outer circumstances?

If we are not actively leading our life, then we allow our subconscious take over the lead. If we don’t actively create our thoughts, our subconscious mind produces thoughts that come from the rich treasure of the collected thoughts, feelings and experiences. The subconscious mind believes that these treasures are true.

To better understand why these thoughts, feelings and experiences are stored there, we need to know the difference between our conscious and the subconscious:

The subconscious mind has not only significantly larger memory; it also has more storage space. Imagine huge shelves, where all thoughts, feelings and habits are stored in your subconscious.

Our subconscious mind is always present and absorbs everything. What it takes in seems real, because the subconscious mind knows only the present. This is important if we want add new information. Rephrase the sentence always in the present, as you had already received what you want. On the other hand, the subconscious mind takes pleasure in receiving what it already knows. Therefore, if you consume television, radio, newspapers and novels, that strengthens the thoughts and attitudes that already exist. The subconscious mind never forgets! On contrary the consciousness is our short term memory.

Maybe now you understand, why we have to work with our subconscious mind.

Frozen in fear and worry

Even if you’re frozen in fear and worry and have the feeling to be incapacitated, then wake up, please. There is also another truth and for that you need to look behind the facades.
Drag your personal ripcord before you will sink into depression and burnout, or even thinking about suicide. For this is not your truth!
Your truth lies hidden deep within you and has to do with your life purpose and your goals. Because before we incarnate, we have set ourselves targets. Find out what is your purpose in this life.
You can achieve anything if you know what you want and are developing the necessary endurance. You can reach everything, if you work on yourself and also on your business. Increase your knowledge and awareness. Invest in yourself! The best investment in times of change!
We all are part of the creative power of God and with the power of thought we determine our reality. So if you do not like your reality, you have to change your thoughts. Therefore it is important to check your attitudes and beliefs. New ideas are corroborated by aims and the appropriate affirmations. Then new attitudes and habits are developing.
If you freeze in fear and worries, stop to take care of messages in the media, because that’s just one truth, but not your reality! Prefer to read books that will enrich your knowledge and increase your awareness.
We live in changing times and each of us has the chance to change for an active life. Just give yourself the chance to create your life purpose. Give this power not in other preople´s hands and lead a life at second hand. This is what people do, who get their truth by watching television. They look at programs that reinforce their fears and concerns and reaffirm these truths in our subconscious.
It is up to you to lead finally an active life and determine your own purpose. Write your goals and dreams. Make a list of 101 goals, and then choose from this list the 5 most important, on which you want to work on.

Give up being satisfied…..

Satisfaction is not a virtue that leads to success. Satisfaction is counterproductive as you stop moving forward in life. Satisfaction can keep you in your comfort zone. Our subconscious mind tries to keep us there ever since, because it does not know anything else.
So if you want to be successful in life and reality is not quite as satisfying as you want, you have to get out of your comfort zone and set higher goals. This is the only way to give your subconscious new content.
Our subconscious mind has stored mainly what we have experienced prenatally until our seventh year of age. These include the emotions and spoken content of our parents, grandparents and other people who were important at that age for us. There your fears and concerns have their origin.
We feed our subconscious with content that it will recognize and solidify this information. You and your subconscious live a symbiotic relationship. Only if you recognize these believes and leave behind, you can actively take new ideas strengthen them with deep feelings and you have a chance to change things. If you leave it up to your subconscious mind, 96% of your thoughts come from your sub consciousness. We think mostly passively.
Then we feed our subconscious with
– Television and radio broadcasts, which have to do with the stored contents.
– Books and newspapers we read.
– Your beliefs that have their origin in the subconscious mind.
You and your subconscious are a good team. If you want to change something, you have to be active and lead your life consciously.
So never be never satisfied with what you have achieved, just be grateful. Leave your comfort zone and define major goals. You can achieve anything, because we are part of the creative force. Have the courage to be greater than your subconscious mind.
Satisfaction as a general mood is captive. “Actually, I feel pretty good.” And what does actually mean? Does it hold you back because of the fear of change? Where are your expectations?
If you are satisfied connected with gratitude, then you reach peace within yourself. It will not prevent you from wanting more in life and to stay in the flow.
Gratitude is the most intensive energy. What you are grateful for, you automatically draw more of that into your life.

Which is your way
