Time to Surrender

November 11, 2012

We are in the development where women become stronger. There will not be a matriarchy as this time we need to take the men with us in this evolution.

On Tuesday we have the last solar eclipse before the 21st of December 2012. The energy is building up and it is time for the next evolution. The solar eclipse is unfolding the human consciousness and the integration of the feminine with the masculine can happen. 2013 it is end of the separation. Please be aware of this if you want to stop suffering.

If you are a single become aware of the other sex and learn to see them with other eyes.  We have the chance to experience new relationship coming into a union. Now we are called to work together not against each other. Patriarchy is at its end. Imbalance has to change to balance. We can see that in every way of life: society, economy, politics and relationships.

The Masculine stands for Strength.

The Feminine stands for Power.

The masculine is unaware and innocent. It is simple, earthly and strong.

The feminine is connected to the unseen and therefore powerful and nurturing.

The masculine needs the feminine guidance. Women need to be patient to become the guiding force. Men are sometimes unaware that they need guidance. They fear the powerful feminine and therefore they suppressed the feminine in the past. Now the masculine soul is full of guilt. Men have an unconscious knowledge about their guilt. This is the reason for their behavior. Guilt kills the strength. Therefore they keep fighting.

In the feminine there is a lot of anger trying to resume their position – which means control, liberation and independence. Instead of working together they are fighting with men.

SURRENDER TO EACH OTHER!

The guilty men and angry women need to surrender to each other. Men try to be sensitive but the women are too strong. On a deeper level the end of separation is here. Both sexes have to acknowledge their anger and guilt.

We need to form a strong union to change our relationships and communities. The war between sexes has to stop! Men need to listen to women and that requires humility. They need to surrender to the feminine power otherwise guilt will eat their soul!

The feminine is counting on the masculine to make the changes. Women have to be careful in education. War of sexes cannot be won! Both have to surrender to each other and find new ways of relating.

Put the strength and the power together to create a new world! Women can support and nurture, but men have to stop betraying. They need to be true.

Move together in union and the new dawn is there. Working together we can manifest a new way of living together and develop a new society.

It is up to you to realize the chances we get with new ways of relationship!

What does competition mean for you?

September 25, 2011

There are competitors that have the same or similar products or services that you have also offer. First this is the lowest common factor between you and your colleagues on the marketplace.
It is only competition when you try to be successful by copying your colleagues. Be sure that you will not achieve better results than them.
Market analysis is an important step. To decide what you offer and how you want to set your prices, you need to know what your competitors offer in the marketplace. That is one component only. You need to gather more knowledge so you can develop your “secret weapon”. Sometimes to know a little bit of the private areas of your direct competitors, can be great.
You need to know at what terms they offer, the way the others offer their goods / their service. Then you can create your terms and settings to be different.
– How many competitors are there in your area?
– How potent is your competitor?
– How long and how successful are the others on the market?
Now we come to the customer:
– How do your competitors advertise?
– What do customers expect?
– How often are the clients buying from them?
– How large is the business area?
The most important thing is that you are defining yourself not on price, because then you have lost anyway. You need to have a lot of money you can invest if you want to compete on price!
How can you offer you business differently?
– Who are you?
– What do you sell?
– Why are you in this business?
– What are you doing for your customers?
The important question is how you can be different! What additional services can you offer?
Here’s an example:
The owner of a fabric and wool shop offers her customers to come in with any question. She helps with knitting socks and sweaters as well when there are questions while sewing. With this personal service she has clients who recommend her business.
The same way you can specialize yourself as an employee of a company. It’s not worth anything to go into competition, because you always feel small and incompetent. Everybody has their strengths and weaknesses. Concentrate on your strengths and increase your strength.

Do not waste time and energy in competition. Develop yourself further and stop fighting!
