Your goals should be big

November 25, 2012

“If you want to be happy, set a goal that commands your thoughts, liberates your energy and inspires your hopes.” ~ Andrew Carnegie

Why should your goals be huge?

Remember that your subconscious mind directs your life as long as you allow it. In order to teach your subconscious mind new truths, so must create larger goals. If you define your goals, you should not allow your subconscious mind to set limitations. It will keep trying to convey to you that it is not possible, simply because it does not yet acknowledge this as true. You can stop your subconscious mind, when you’ve taken responsibility for your life.

Now if you know your purpose, you can determine your vision. In addition, you can discover your true needs and desires, which then become measurable objectives. The turnkey is that the actions can be coordinated and that leads inevitably to reach your goal.
If you convince your subconscious mind to achieve this objective, it will work day and night to achieve this goal. The experts and scientists have proved this.
Please write down 101 wishes you desire, desire to be and  to have. These goals must be clearly distinguishable from small targets in your everyday life. Think XXL. Remember that the Universe represents abundance. Take a small book, which you always carry it with you so that if something crosses you mind spontaneously, you can add it instantly.

When you have written down your 101 goals then pick out 5 of them which are most important. They are also important in order to achieve the other goals. Then copy the 101 goals and put these sheets of paper in an envelope and write the date today in 3 years.

If you work on your major objectives namely, you’ll be able to find in three years, what until then has come into realty.
Then paint a picture of each of the five goals, so you not only talk about them, but you can feel and visualize them as well. Describe every detail.
Here the example of house:
– Where is the house?
– Who are the neighbors?
– How many rooms does it have?
– How are the rooms furnished?
– Who lives in this house?
– Are there animals?
– What does the garden look like?

– Who are the guests visiting the house?

– Are there regular parties?

As the subconscious mind loves images, there should emerge a clear picture of your goals.

In order to gain clarity about your goals, describe them carefully and write down all the details. Write it as if it was a work order for God or the Universe. And if you write it down by hand, your subconscious mind takes it on board.
A good exercise is to write your goal 100 times and to speak them out loudly 100 times. Then your subconscious mind recognizes its importance.

Always remember that your reality is the expression of your thoughts and feelings. It is up to you to change your life! Change what does not suit you!

Your Purpose

November 4, 2012

Vocation is your life´s purpose and the intention with which you are incarnated. To live your purpose brings you on the right track and you are able to live a fulfilled life. Please write down everything which makes your eyes sparkle. That helps you to explore the meaning of your life. What you’ve written down, gives a picture of the road you have to follow. In order to pass this on as an added value, you must have this sense of life and provide it with goals.
What is the meaning of your life?
To grasp the meaning of life, you must begin to heal:
Healing is the acceptance of what you fear most.
– Healing is the opening of what has been locked.
– Healing is the softening what has hardened into a blockade.
– Healing is the acceptance of others, no matter how they are.
– Healing is learning to trust life.
– Healing is to know that I Am.

Healing can happen if you represent a different opinion than your subconscious mind produces. Every coin has two sides so you can also set up other preferences / beliefs. There is always more than one way to look at something. You can always see everything negative: “It does not work anyway!” “Why should I have the luck?” “It’s not for me” or you see it positively: “I can,” “I am happy and deserve to be happy,” “I can achieve anything.”

Dare a paradigm shift:
– What is really relevant for a happy and fulfilling life?
– How can you increase your success in life?
– How do you win the highest level of quality of life?
– What decisions you need to make urgently?

Pease write all the answers down in your book and paint a picture of the goals that appear.
Currently, we are encouraged to let loose of a lot of things / relationships that no longer work. What does not work, should no longer be part of your life. Do not look back and get stuck with things that need and want to go. You cannot see the opportunities that lie before you, because you only look backwards.

Open yourself, be part of the process, to find out who you really are and why you have incarnated at this time and now be involved in the tasks that lie ahead.

Why I’m here now in a time of great change?
1) What was my intention to be incarnated in this time?
2) What is my contribution in this life that enhances the quality of life for all?
3) What is the reason for what I do now, (in all areas of life)
4) What do I want to create and to leave for those who come after me?
5) What does really inspire me?
Write down responses by hand spontaneously and gather them in a folder ..
3 sentences then please rephrase.

Example:
“I am the owner of a cafe, because it gives me pleasure to work with people to make them happy and pamper them. They have a break in her busy life and they should enjoy it. Also, I love to create new delicacies. ”
Write down everything that gives you great fun and set up a new list which strengths you have.

Your reality is the product of your thoughts! Use your thoughts consciously to create your purpose!

Change to Heal

August 12, 2012

Today comes the Mantra first

“In the deep dark passages of the night, I find my way into the light. For in those places my faults are revealed, and in finding their value I am truly healed.”

The mantra is not kidding that you may visit some dark realms of anger and frustration this coming week. Breathe deep for the dive and you may find some sunken treasure. Indeed, this is a week where conflict can truly lead to resolution. One way or the other, it is decision time! No more putting off the “inevitable”. Choose now or forever and hold your peace!

Dark sides we normally want to avoid inside and outside. Please do take every feeling of anger, fear and frustration serious. Avoiding does not heal it makes you sick.

It is now the time that we must really commit to the surrendering process upon us.  The fruits are dropping from the great tree. The ripening phase has come and gone, and now all that was so abundantly available for the potential harvest is withering and beginning its decomposing.

This week we are cleaning up around the Sacred Tree of Life, gathering all the rotten fruits, which symbolically represent the ideas, the plans, the hopes and dreams, and the desires that were not met by receptive consumption, but left to fall.  Here with in this humble exercise we can hopefully recognize the perfection, purpose and completion of the natural life cycle.  Some fruits were consumed and transformed into nourishment, sustenance and the very life force feeding into the manifestation of the goal and intention, while the others, now fallen, remain to become composted material giving to the creation of the nutrient rich soil from which the next new seeds shall sprout.  Nothing is wasted in the natural order of life. All has its purpose.

You have your purpose as you had chosen to be here in the year 2012 and take your responsibility and be a part of the big changes. And therefore everything that happens in your life, whom you are meeting, your dreams and desires have a purpose or are serving that purpose.

In the world it seems that we are just having war and planning the next war. Your purpose here is to find your inner peace. Inner peace you can have when you have conquered your fears and worries.

The best advice for future
“Do not do what you have always done or you were told to do so.”

It can also mean that your budget gets smaller and you need to correct it. Is this something you ever thought that it was necessary? It can happen that you cannot rely on your new spouse, or even trust your new business partner, as you have done before. It may be about to risk what you have already acquired throughout your life, like a hope, your dreams, your beliefs, a person in your life, business, or your family. It may seem that the life you know now appears to be unfair. Mostly it is about daring to dream again, like old dreams of your childhood, or even movies or social norms. These expectations can be fulfilled or not.
You might not want to hear that. You believe you are able to change or you hope that everything stays the way things were. It is time for all of us, do not be an ostrich and instead take the ample opportunity (or should I say the kick in the pants) offered to you to do it easily.
Clearly, you cannot continue to bury your head in the sand. If you do, you will intensify the crisis. How do we get out of this dilemma?
Be open to all changes! Do not hold on things and situations, which want to dissolve, especially not because of the need for security.  Today life has a very different quality. Create security in yourself as so it manifests itself in the Universe!
Because Henry Ford says:

“If you think you can do it, and if you think you cannot do it, you’re always right!”
Invest in yourself and increase your awareness by understanding the new world!

Discover your dreams

February 19, 2012

“To keep a lamp burning, we must continue to add fuel to it. ~ Mother Teresa
The easiest way to reach your dreams is to remember, what makes your eyes sparkle, and has done so in your youth. What were your childhood dreams? Just go into the feelings, if you recall them. What brings a tingling sensation in your stomach or makes your eyes light up?
If you enter on this path, you can quickly determine whether you live your dream or that of somebody else.
– What was the reason to take up this job? Was it your idea or your mother or your father?
– Why do you live where you live now? What was the reason to move there?
– What do you wish for your children? Did you realize your dreams?
Such questions can quickly lead you to your purpose.
Develop your vision so you know where your journey leads you. The only ways you can turn develop goals s which you can achieve. You can find more about this in my e-book “Goals Give Your Life Direction” on Amazon.
The following exercise is designed to help you clarify your vision. Thou can easily do a mental exercise, by thinking and write down what comes as a result. To distinguish, however, whether this is your subconscious mind giving you the answers or go to your inner voice, go in the relaxation. Take your time and make sure that you will not be disturbed. Let run relaxing music in the background and then go through each point carefully. Close your eyes and ask your subconscious mind, what your ideal life looks like at each individual point.
1. Keep the focus on the financial sector of your life. What is your annual income? What is your monthly cash flow? How much money have you created and saved? What is your asset?
Add your ideal numbers so you can realize your goals.

2. What is your home like? Where and how do you live? Describe your best view? What does your garden look like? What furniture is there? What are the colors of the walls? What kind of pictures do you have? Is there a swimming pool? Go through your perfect house and write down what it looks.
To be sure you get this house, give your subconscious the exact picture, because it loves pictures. If you can feel the joy that it is even clearer for your subconscious. Now it will do everything it can to achieve your goal. And the Universal Laws support you as well.

3.  Now, visualize your ideal car and other possessions which show your ideal income.

4.  Now, visualize your ideal job or your ideal career. Where do you work? What are you doing? Who are you working together? Who are your customers? What is your compensation? Is it your own business?

5.  How much leisure time do you have? What are you undertaking with you to your family and friends? What are your hobbies? How do you spend your holidays? What do you really enjoy?

6.  What is your vision of your ideal body and your perfect health? Are you free of disease? What age do you want to reach? Are you open, relaxed and in a perpetual state of bliss? Are you flexible and strong? What kind of food do you like? You drink enough water? How much time do you take off for relaxation and physical training?

7.  Now you look at your relationships with your family and friends. What is your relationship like with your spouse and your children? Who are your friends? What is the quality of the relationships with your friends? Do they support you in all situations? What are you doing together?

8.  What about your personal area? Do you continue learning? What else needs to be learned? Do you want to develop your spirituality? Do you need a coach, who will help you to develop your potential?

9. In the end you look at your church and your environment. Do you want to get involved there? Is that really the perfect community for you? Can you add value? What activities are there in your community? What charities do you support? Whom do you support?

You can visualize the whole exercise first and then write everything down in detail, or vice versa. Just make sure that you write down everything. Otherwise, go back and re-captured this exercise.

– Healing is learning to trust life.
– Healing is to know that I Am.

Healing can happen if You represent a different opinion than your subconscious mind produces. Every coin has two sides so you can also build up other settings / beliefs. There is always more than one truth.

You can always see everything negatively:
– “It doesn`t works anyway!”
– “Why should I have good fortune”

Live Your Dreams

November 13, 2011

We all can live our dreams when we exactly know what we are dreaming of.

If you are not yet sure or no longer know what your dreams are, what you really desire or what your purpose of this life is, you can start writing down

101 Goals

1)    About what you want to be.

2)    About what you want to achieve.

3)    About what you want to become.

From these 101 goals you look for the 5 major or at the moment more important goals. They will lead you to the other goals later. Then prioritize the 5 goals and add passion to them.

With passion, your deepest feelings, you build up your faith. You need to believe that you deserve what you want NOW. You need to believe that you succeed NOW.

Here is a powerful affirmation which you can use for your goals:

“I NOW have ALL the power and intelligence to make ALL the money I want RIGHT NOW, AND I deserve it more TODAY than ever before in my life!”

With your passion your attention goes to your major goal and you start attracting where your attention goes to. If you focus on money the opportunities will come your way as you focus on them. Whenever we are open we see things which we otherwise will not have noticed. If you want to have a red car, you will notice more red cars on the road because your attention goes there. Or if you desire to have a baby, you notice all the pregnant women or the babies in the prams.

The Law of Gratitude supports your dreams immensely. If you feel grateful for whatever you want to attract you will get more of the things you are grateful for. And as long as you are grateful your doubts and worries have no chance!

And then the Law of Attraction in conjunction with the Law of Resonance will bring you anything you are focusing on.

Our reality is the mirror of our thoughts.

Thoughts become reality and the belief makes it so!”

Be open to change

November 5, 2011

Our task is now to change and to transfer our mental consciousness into the heart consciousness. This change has already begun. As long as we deny the change, we get in trouble: stress, sickness, accident, depression etc.
Mother Earth is sacred to all beings. And we do not have the permission to kill Mother Earth, even though we are already getting close to doing it. Now it is time for a radical rethink. This time there will be no savior who comes. Only through our self-centered behavior, we have changed the world for the bad. No matter what natural disaster happens, the earth is only fighting for her survival!
We hurt the earth and she still gives us our best circumstances for life. We have to come into relationship with Mother Earth, if we do not want to lose our lives. It is a universal law, that Mother Earth is sacred to all living beings. Therefore the earth will not perish, but it can happen that humankind exterminates itself, if not every single one of us stop and change their behavior of being egocentric. I would like to invite you for the change! We have one more chance to survive. Change your attitude! We have no right to subdue the Earth, even if the churches have taught us to do so.
Most people do not know this and therefore live in fear. You now have the opportunity to learn to live from the heart and be love. Otherwise our children will no longer have the possibility to live in a healed world. Help to heal the wounds of the earth. Connect yourself with her in nature.
We can save ourselves only when we become aware of who we are and why we are right here at this time. Religions tell us that we are sinful. This is not true. We only need to accept the responsibility for our thoughts, feelings and actions. Then we can create our world anew, because we are a part of God. Your soul is your great I Am. I Am is part of God and God is life, light and all that is.
Mistakes are not bad, they serve us, to learn and grow. The school of life serves you with opportunities to grow. Therefore, experiences are neither good nor bad. They just bring you forward. Learn to really understand who you are.
Then stop on judging. Everything is perfect. If you condemn others, you condemn yourself; this is only the mirror of what you perhaps you do not like with yourself. What you do not like in to others is their learning program. You have your own learning program. Just find out what your program is!
