Take 100% responsibility for your life

The most widespread myth in modern times is that we firmly believe that we have a right to life a great life – that somehow, somewhere, someone (certainly not us) fills our lives with continual happiness, exciting careers, wonderful options, a relaxed family time and blissful personal relationships, just because we exist. This you can only have when you’re working actively to create this reality.

Because the truth is that there is only one person who is responsible for the quality of your life.

This person’s YOU.

If you want to be successful and achieve your goals, you have to take 100% responsibility for everything that happens in your life. That includes the level of your performance, the results that you produce, the quality of your relationships, your state of health and physical fitness, your income, your debts, your feelings – everything!

Most of us have been conditioned, however, to blame somebody or something outside of ourselves for things in our lives that are not good. We blame our parents, our teachers, our boss, the media, our employees, our partners, the weather, politics or economics. Just what does this change in your life? Absolutely nothing, just you always remember that your thoughts are only thing which is responsible for your reality. And therefore you need take responsibility, when you want to change something. There is no other way.

 

If you take 100% responsibility, you will definitely change the results. Because then you have control over your thoughts, feelings and actions. Unfortunately, most people are stuck firmly in their habits, which will bring no change. We are stuck in our conditioned responses to certain situations. Ask yourself how you see marriage and your role as a parent. This gives you information about habits and responses that you know from your parents. Find your own ideas about life.

We are a bundle of conditioned reflexes that occur outside our control. You must take control by your will and be responsible. You need to control your thoughts, dreams, daydreams, ideas and behavior patterns. Anything you think, say and do, must be intentionally designed with your purpose, your values ​​and match your goals.

Therefore if you do not like the result, you get now, you can only change your response to it. This means also
– Never ever give up
– No more blaming of other people or circumstances.
– No more defense,
– No, BUT, Even Though is rather solution-oriented.

These behavioral changes you can only get when you think actively and say good bye to television, radio and fiction. Be aware that you just give your subconscious mind input which it can acknowledge. Now it’s about to deliver deliberately and actively new reality and new truth to your subconscious mind.

Are you willing to lose?

One essential truth is that you must be willing to lose it all before you can have it all.

What does this mean? It means that until you can let go of everything, you will find it hard to hold onto anything.

 

Detachment is the key. If you are so attached to something that you are deeply unhappy without it, and then you are not simply attached, you are addicted.

 

You will not have to think but a second to know exactly why you received this message today.

 

Many people are addicted to our own habits and musts which are dictated from outside: job, generation, peer-group, society and advertisement.

 

Go and questions these musts! Here are just a few of them:

 

Is it necessary to drive a certain car because you have a certain job, even you hardly can afford it?

Is it necessary to wear certain brands just because the others do the same?

Is it really necessary to run your life constantly on high speed? Always overtaking others no matter what it costs.

Is it necessary to neglect your family just because your work has the only priority?

What would happen if you downsize your life in certain areas?

 

It could be

–      You start to enjoy life in a different way.

–      With the exercise of regular meditation you could be healthier.

–      Caring about yourself and your loved ones, makes you free to do a better job.

–      Letting go gives you mental freedom to love yourself and see the real values of life.

 

We can live a peaceful, happy and successful life when we take time and work with our blockages. They are the ones reducing quality of a fulfilled life. You notice that there is something missing, That is the reason to prevent that feeling and get addicted to some bad habits.

 

Do not be afraid to meet your chore needs and your feelings. When you start to look at your habits you encounter your blockages. Feeling what hurt you in your childhood is the first step to encounter your fears.

 

Fears and worries are the success killer no 1 for all areas of life. Fears have very often nothing to do with your current life. They are mostly the fear of your parents. You inherited these fears even pre birth.  Get rid of things which do not belong to you. They prevent you to live a happy and fulfilled life.

 

In times of crises when the chaos starts it might be necessary to let go of things or ideas which are no longer appropriate. There is no longer any security from outside.

You can only find or develop security inside you.

 

When you are willing to lose all only then you can receive all. Never ever forget that you have to give first before you can receive. Where there is no free room the is no space for new things.

What are Rituals?

Rituals strengthen our habits. This is not an option in 2012. It is important that we change ourselves and expand our consciousness. Therefore, we should break with the rituals that make no sense. Scour your rituals and see what you can change instantly. There are many rituals that you have set as your children were small. Do they still make sense?

 
If we want to expand our consciousness, we need to think bigger and things change constantly. As you attempt to change old habits in everyday life you certainly must do things differently. Look at the little things that you can change. Find out the aspects where your habits and rituals are sabotaging you in your personal growth or in your relationships. Then find out what you can change by thinking and acting bigger. Dare you to leave your comfort zone.

 
Now is the time to sow and very special days will be June 5th and 6th. Take your time off and see what you can modify for your own growth in all areas of life. It is the time to plant seeds.

 
Leave your mundane life with the mundane content and activities. Celebrate your life in every area of life. Avoid profanity in communication, relationship, sex, and in dealing with the people. Instead of being stuck in prejudices start to celebrate every aspect of life. This includes the gratitude for the little things in life.

 
Remember that with gratitude, as if you had already gotten, what you desired, you can attract everything in your life. I encourage you to live a blessed life. This includes also the fact that you not only accept yourself as you are, but love yourself with all your heart. This is only way that you can experience a life of unconditional love. The only way you can see people without prejudice.

 
Live a blessed life, by seeing, hearing, feeling, smelling, and experiencing the seeds in your life. Take time to relax; enjoy your body, food, garden, nature and diving into the waters of the lake or river. Bless the water that you drink, because it gets new energies. This way you can bring the energy that is still lacking into your life.

 
Ceremonies are something special. Put this peculiarity in everything that is important for you. This is only way to change your values and beliefs. With this new perspective you can change your habits.

 
It is important immediately stopping
– to blame others for your mundane life.
– No, and Never have to be banished from your vocabulary and your thoughts.
– But instead replace it with, however, as however is solution-oriented.

 
Celebrate yourself and be free of your limitations! Enjoy your great life!
