Thrive

You are meant to thrive! Moves are happening everywhere and you are here right now to participate.

Here is the mantra of this week:

“When I’m able to risk messing it up,
And I go for it giving all I’ve got,
I am being the best I can be,
And no matter what happens,
It’s (I’m) OK by me.”

This mantra is mutable and can be either “It’s” or “I’m” depending on your preference. One way or the other it is time “market” yourself….get on out there, show your stuff, and use the feedback to improve your show.

 

It is high time to stop sitting on the coach, watch TV and wait for what is happening. Your soul wanted to be here in this moment and thrive. We are here to grow and enhance your life and do good to other people’s life. In the reality of change we do not need coach potatoes. We need people with vision. What is your vision?

But you will stay in your comfort zone as long as you look for security outside. Security can only be in you! Right now economic and social systems are breaking apart. As long as you always think, feel and do what you have always thought, felt and done, you cannot obtain other results! Please understand this.

 

It is simple to give your life direction you need aims which are bigger than your thinking at the moment. You just need to know the What you want and the Why you want it. The How you can leave to the Universe, God, Allah or whatever you call this never ending energy! I can ensure you, this works beautifully.

 

 

Please join movements like Thrive or get together with other people and do something good for your community. A lot of communities do not have enough money to take care of social projects. Be there and find out what your part is in this huge evolution.

 

But start working on yourself:

  1. Start with loving you as only then you are able to share love with other people.
  2. Be grateful for the small things and you will shift your energy. In the presence of gratitude fear and worries cannot be there the same moment.
  3. Be responsible for your thoughts, feelings and actions!

Work on these 3 points and you will see that your life is joy and love!

Change you and your life changes!

It is really true that you can change your life with each new breath. Because You can change your thoughts and your feelings intentionally.
Even if you are in the sadness, depression or burnout, you can see the light. Instead of regret that lets you sink further into depression, begin to be grateful for what you have:
– A roof over your head.
– The nature around you, showing you the abundance.
– Something to eat and drink.
– The sun that gives us her energy.
– Other people who mean well with you.
– And much more.
You are in a continuous circle that only you can cut through by stopping and looking and perceive what is around you. Which hand stretches out towards you?
I can assure you from personal experience that when one door closes, the next one opens. However, as long as you are moving in a circle, you will not notice that door. Just as every coin has two sides, you can also take a different perspective.
Remember always that with each breath a new life begins. You have the responsibility for your life, so take it and become active. Tablets do not help you to change your situation. This is only possible if you discover the light. You can change your mind at any moment.
I want to give you here an exercise that can change your mind and your feelings, if you make this contract with yourself and read it out loud every day, morning and evening.

My contract with ME

I promise myself that
• I am so strong that nothing gets me out of my peace.

• With every person I meet I will talk about health, happiness and prosperity.

• I give all my friends the feeling that there is something worthwhile in them.

• I always look on the bright side and make my optimism come true.

• I always only think the best, work only for the best and expect only the best.

• I am enthusiastic about the success of others, as well as about my own success.

• I forget the mistakes of the past and continue to perform better in the future.

• I take a lot of time for my own development that I have no time to criticize others.

• I always have a merry countenance, and every creature that I encounter, I give a smile.

• I am too large for worry, too noble for anger, too strong for fear and too happy to permit the presence of trouble.

• I think well about myself and proclaim it to the world, not in loud words but in great deeds.

• I live in faith that the whole world is on my side as long as I am really honest towards myself.

Gratitude is an attitude

In this days and age most people are sinking into paralysis of fear, about what is and what may yet happen.

The downward global economy trend will continue to create situations (crisis) where it becomes more and more obvious that changes need to be made, not superficial cosmetic changes, but a fundamental restructuring of the way we govern our societies, financial and religious institutions, children and finally ourselves.

But if we go into fear, we are worsening our situation and we cannot see clearly what is going on. Invest in yourself so that you will enhance your knowledge. If you listen to your inner voice, you’ll find the right way for you.
Find out how you can meditate easily:
– Guided meditations,
– Walks, where you come into your peace,
– Mantra chanting,
– Tai Chi.

Give yourself the rest you need to come into your power. For here waits a big job for you!
You are part of everything you see and do not see. You have the opportunity to live in harmony with creation, instead of controlling and governing the earth and your surroundings. You are not a fallen angel. You are here voluntarily and you did consciously decided to come this time, to be exactly here in time of change. You are a committed and powerful being. You are the creator of your conscious thoughts, your feelings and actions, and thus the resulting consequences. If you want to have different results, it is the initial situation that you have to change your thoughts.

Thoughts can be changed if we go into gratitude. Make gratitude an attitude. Be grateful for what you have and what is good for you. Then you can achieve everything, what do you want to have and be. Just be thankful for what you want to achieve. Gratitude are powerful thoughts that are associated with feelings of joy!
Everything in our life – from healing of diseases to the expectations our lifetime, success in our work and relationships – anything that we experience as “life” is in direct connection with what you are convinced of. Gratitude helps you to create a new belief that creates a lighter and more successful life.

Therefore, we should with all our expectations to take an even more aware step to be a co-creator. Collectively we can influence the outcome. Thus, we can also resist control and manipulation from those who are in the dominant positions of power. We just need to use our minds and listen to our hearts to know the truth. Trust yourself and your feelings! Use the highest level of your heart and mind, to feel the truth in every situation. Your heart and your mind, your thoughts and feelings are powerful forces when combined, they are a creative dynamo. If we examine our beliefs and throw the useless overboard, we cannot only change our lives, but also to have an impact on the big picture. Remember always that you are connected with the whole universe, in exchange, and that every thought is stored in the morphogenetic field.

In gratitude you will go your way in confidence. There are so many good projects that need your support.

Live Your Dreams

We all can live our dreams when we exactly know what we are dreaming of.

If you are not yet sure or no longer know what your dreams are, what you really desire or what your purpose of this life is, you can start writing down

101 Goals

1)    About what you want to be.

2)    About what you want to achieve.

3)    About what you want to become.

From these 101 goals you look for the 5 major or at the moment more important goals. They will lead you to the other goals later. Then prioritize the 5 goals and add passion to them.

With passion, your deepest feelings, you build up your faith. You need to believe that you deserve what you want NOW. You need to believe that you succeed NOW.

Here is a powerful affirmation which you can use for your goals:

“I NOW have ALL the power and intelligence to make ALL the money I want RIGHT NOW, AND I deserve it more TODAY than ever before in my life!”

With your passion your attention goes to your major goal and you start attracting where your attention goes to. If you focus on money the opportunities will come your way as you focus on them. Whenever we are open we see things which we otherwise will not have noticed. If you want to have a red car, you will notice more red cars on the road because your attention goes there. Or if you desire to have a baby, you notice all the pregnant women or the babies in the prams.

The Law of Gratitude supports your dreams immensely. If you feel grateful for whatever you want to attract you will get more of the things you are grateful for. And as long as you are grateful your doubts and worries have no chance!

And then the Law of Attraction in conjunction with the Law of Resonance will bring you anything you are focusing on.

Our reality is the mirror of our thoughts.

Thoughts become reality and the belief makes it so!”

Give up being satisfied…..

Satisfaction is not a virtue that leads to success. Satisfaction is counterproductive as you stop moving forward in life. Satisfaction can keep you in your comfort zone. Our subconscious mind tries to keep us there ever since, because it does not know anything else.
So if you want to be successful in life and reality is not quite as satisfying as you want, you have to get out of your comfort zone and set higher goals. This is the only way to give your subconscious new content.
Our subconscious mind has stored mainly what we have experienced prenatally until our seventh year of age. These include the emotions and spoken content of our parents, grandparents and other people who were important at that age for us. There your fears and concerns have their origin.
We feed our subconscious with content that it will recognize and solidify this information. You and your subconscious live a symbiotic relationship. Only if you recognize these believes and leave behind, you can actively take new ideas strengthen them with deep feelings and you have a chance to change things. If you leave it up to your subconscious mind, 96% of your thoughts come from your sub consciousness. We think mostly passively.
Then we feed our subconscious with
– Television and radio broadcasts, which have to do with the stored contents.
– Books and newspapers we read.
– Your beliefs that have their origin in the subconscious mind.
You and your subconscious are a good team. If you want to change something, you have to be active and lead your life consciously.
So never be never satisfied with what you have achieved, just be grateful. Leave your comfort zone and define major goals. You can achieve anything, because we are part of the creative force. Have the courage to be greater than your subconscious mind.
Satisfaction as a general mood is captive. “Actually, I feel pretty good.” And what does actually mean? Does it hold you back because of the fear of change? Where are your expectations?
If you are satisfied connected with gratitude, then you reach peace within yourself. It will not prevent you from wanting more in life and to stay in the flow.
Gratitude is the most intensive energy. What you are grateful for, you automatically draw more of that into your life.

Love yourself and find unconditional love

As already mentioned, we’re right there at the time of change, a time of expansion of consciousness. This is the time of love. We must learn to live in communities again. This also means that we must open ourselves to the people to whom we give our unconditional love. Say goodbye, to speak about my husband and my wife. Who wants to possess love, will not obtain love. When two people meet who have never learned to love themselves, how can two love-hungry people exchange love? They expect only and have nothing to give. Only when we learn to love ourselves, we can stop the love dramas in our life. Between love and possession is a big difference. By the misguided love image we have created a global battlefield – which shows up in our private life, too.

In our hearts we, however, continue to be yearning for fulfilling love. What happens to two people who think they love each other, when they get married? The building or buying a house leads them directly into lifelong commitments, and the rat race is inevitable, and the problems take their course. Both are caught in the machinery of the generally accepted social system, but the deep desire never goes away completely. However, that scenario which is reality for most people increases the tension that will eventually be broken by one of two partners: divorce, illness or burnout.

Only through a changed love image we will be able to experience peace inside and outside. As long as we are busy with our claims of ownership (my house, my land, my car, my family, my business, and other state symbols), we are in war against us and our planet.

But it shows up in the public life as well. People who need the recognition of certain groups which misguide and manipulate them by giving them the feeling they belong to the big family. The people who join these organizations have never learned to love themselves. If you start loving yourself, your consciousness is growing and you get to know yourself. Then you do not need others who tell you who you are and what you need to do.

Start in the morning to be grateful for another day full of wonders. When you go to the bathroom and look at yourself in the mirror, wish yourself a good morning and say: “I fully and completely love myself and I wish you a wonderful day, your name!” do that for several weeks until you feel it. Use the Law of Gratitude to attract the right people in your life. People who have learned to love themselves. Say Good-bye to the ones who do not want to change. And listen to your inner voice – it knows the truth!

Where does your focus go to?

If you are aware your purpose and to know your goals now, it is high time to focus only on your goals. If you give your sub consciousness still the chance to rule your life, you’ll never reach your goals.
To prevent this, write your goals down on cards as an affirmation. Take your targets in the correct order. Do not make the second step before the first. What is the target sequence on the way to your ultimate goal?
The affirmation can be as follows:
“I am so happy and grateful that I get on 10 September 2011 my check over $1,800  for the seminar, which I have successfully conducted.”
Hang these affirmation cards up where you see them during the day at most and then always read it aloud and feel the joy and gratitude. This is the language that your subconscious mind understands. Your subconscious needs feelings and images.
In the morning when you wake up and before going to sleep this ritual should also be completed. Give yourself 6-8 weeks for one goal, because your subconscious mind must accept that you now take the lead.
Check again and again, where your focus goes concerning your thoughts, feelings and actions? Just realize that your goal is your focus and not the gossip of the neighbors or the latest news on TV. Make a list of what you want to achieve every day, and set priorities. And then focus on the priorities and not the sidelines. This is only way you’ll learn how successful people think and act.
If you want to achieve your goals, you have to take responsibility for your thoughts, feelings and actions. Only then you will take the lead in your life.
