Give up being satisfied…..

August 30, 2011

Satisfaction is not a virtue that leads to success. Satisfaction is counterproductive as you stop moving forward in life. Satisfaction can keep you in your comfort zone. Our subconscious mind tries to keep us there ever since, because it does not know anything else.
So if you want to be successful in life and reality is not quite as satisfying as you want, you have to get out of your comfort zone and set higher goals. This is the only way to give your subconscious new content.
Our subconscious mind has stored mainly what we have experienced prenatally until our seventh year of age. These include the emotions and spoken content of our parents, grandparents and other people who were important at that age for us. There your fears and concerns have their origin.
We feed our subconscious with content that it will recognize and solidify this information. You and your subconscious live a symbiotic relationship. Only if you recognize these believes and leave behind, you can actively take new ideas strengthen them with deep feelings and you have a chance to change things. If you leave it up to your subconscious mind, 96% of your thoughts come from your sub consciousness. We think mostly passively.
Then we feed our subconscious with
– Television and radio broadcasts, which have to do with the stored contents.
– Books and newspapers we read.
– Your beliefs that have their origin in the subconscious mind.
You and your subconscious are a good team. If you want to change something, you have to be active and lead your life consciously.
So never be never satisfied with what you have achieved, just be grateful. Leave your comfort zone and define major goals. You can achieve anything, because we are part of the creative force. Have the courage to be greater than your subconscious mind.
Satisfaction as a general mood is captive. “Actually, I feel pretty good.” And what does actually mean? Does it hold you back because of the fear of change? Where are your expectations?
If you are satisfied connected with gratitude, then you reach peace within yourself. It will not prevent you from wanting more in life and to stay in the flow.
Gratitude is the most intensive energy. What you are grateful for, you automatically draw more of that into your life.

Which is your way

What are fears and where do they come from?

August 20, 2011

It is fact that most people grew up with fears and worries and consider that as normal. Therefore they consider that these intense feelings are a part of their life as breathing is. This we have absorbed almost as the breast milk. So if we do not know anything else, it seems to us that to be the most normal thing in the world.

Yes, and not even if we are seriously ill, we know the causes behind illness. We just do not want to look behind the reasons, just because we or our subconscious knows nothing else. If you do not want to let your subconscious mind to govern your life, it means irrevocably that you will have to take action and responsibility for your life! On the other hand, who has told you as a child that is possible to lead life without any worries? As an adult that cannot be an excuse. We all strive for inner peace, but do not find the way. That may change now, if you are ready to take responsibility.
The very first step is the will to accept responsibility for your thoughts, feelings and actions. Stop at once to blame others for your plight. It is not your partner, your children, your boss, politics, crisis, or even your parents. It is only you who can reach different results in your life. And only you decide which way you go. Do you choose the way to a juicy and more successful life or the way to illness or even depression?

“Who does not know how to fight fear and worry, dies early” ~ Dr. Alexis Carrel

Worries and anxieties play a role in high blood pressure, heart and stomach ailments, even at rheumatism.
Your reality reflects your thoughts. So change your thoughts and stay healthy!

Have courage to take decisions

August 14, 2011

If you define your goals and then filter out the 5 most important goals, you can develop your vision.
To develop visions and to define the goals one way how you wish to implement your vision, is one thing. Crucial is whether you have the courage to make decisions and changes can take place.

Remember always that you are responsible for your life, so only you can take the appropriate decisions. Decisions are necessary if you want to move forward. Because if you stay where you are now, you will achieve no other results!

In other words, if you’re not satisfied with your reality, you have to change something. This may mean separating yourself from certain life circumstances:
– From a job that you does no longer satisfy you, but rather make you sick.
– From your job if it is not the purpose of your current life.
– From a job that is holding you in your comfort zone.

– From a relationship/ marriage that has been stagnating for years, and rather make you sick.
– From a relationship/ marriage where you and your spouse became strangers and cannot communicate anymore.
– From a relationship/marriage that does not allow simultaneous growth. If your partner /spouse wants you to stay the person he / she has known or married, you cannot grow.

– From life circumstances that keep you where are and you cannot grow.
– From friends who just accept you as you were and will not accept you otherwise.
– From parents who live nearby and cannot let you go or become an adult.
– From people who think only negative.
If you want different results, you cannot avoid making decisions that could change your life. When do you want to start? If not now, when?
Goals and visions must be lived; otherwise you’ll never reach them.

Only you can decide which way to go

Live a happy and juicy Life

August 8, 2011

And share it with the world. Help to bring more love and happiness in your world!

People who are struggling often say that part of the reason is that they don’t have a vision.  And nothing is further from the truth.  That’s because THEY need a vision, if you want to get different results.  They just may not have positive ones.

Many have negative visions.  “If it wasn’t for bad luck, I’d have no luck at all!”  “I can never seem to get a break.”  “I just don’t have the education and connections to succeed.”

Or here’s what’s much more likely…

They have a neutral vision.  They focus on the miniscule day-to-day dramas of their existence, focusing on getting to five o’clock on Friday, what club has the best happy hour, and what hot new gossip they can learn. Is that enough for a fulfilled happy life?

So what kind of a roadmap do you have for yourself? Do you have goals that are bigger than what you have now? You can only have visions if you think out of your box – your comfort zone. Think BIG

The first step is that you need to make a commitment, and once you made it, then life will give you some answers.

Les Brown said that, and he was right. And making a commitment means more than saying “I’ll try.” It means saying “I’m all in. I’m totally committed here, even if the going gets rough. In fact never give up, especially then.

Write down 101 goals you want to reach in this life time. What do you want to reach, be , have and experience. Then pick out 5 major goals, work on them and enjoy it.
